BLDCs offer even higher levels of efficiency, providing better control over a wider dynamic range and greater torque. This reduction in electromagnetic interference can be crucial for the sensitive components in Engine Control Units (ECUs). Moreover, BLDCs avoid the arcing and subsequent wear associated with brushed commutation, leading to decreased performance and potential failure in brushed DC motors.
